Overexposure to the sun adversely affects our skin throughout life and is a major cause of skin cancer. This private consultation is conducted by a skin care specialist. Be sure to wear loose-fitting clothes.
Body Composition Analysis
Bioelectrical impedance is based on the principle that fat tissue is a poorer conductor of electric current than lean muscle tissue. The easier the conductance, the lower the body fat. Using bioelectrical impedance, a person's total body fat percentage, hydration level, weight, and optimum levels are determined and provided in a printout. This method is completely safe and as easy as stepping on the bathroom scale.
Fitness Assessment
Complete fitness assessments, including step test, height/weight, flexibility and strength measurements provide excellent baseline fitness data. Employees will complete a health questionnaire and an informed consent for testing prior to fitness assessment. Heart rate and blood pressure will be measured. The step test will be explained and each employee will step for 1 minute. Height/weight, flexibility and strength measurements will also be taken, and each employee will be given a personal fitness report.
